What was recently an abandoned eyesore along an important stretch of Classen Boulevard in OKC, Classen Inn has been restored to its original use as a Motel.
Containing 5,000sf and built in 1962, Classen Inn contains 18 motel rooms, lobby space and outdoor patio area.
Originally built with Goggie Architecture accents, the renovation brings this space up to a modern motel use but also includes the restoration of the original sign and colorful accents to add a Retro feel to the building.
Besides a full exterior renovation, the interior of the building was gutted back to studs and from there all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing installed.
