Nestled in the heart of the historic Paseo Arts District, Braid Creative & Consulting’s studio is a tenant finish within a Modus-built shell building. Collaborating closely with the Braid team, Modus Construction delivered a loft-style interior designed to maximize usable space, encourage collaboration, and enhance day-to-day productivity. 

The result is a light-filled, open environment that merges multiple lease spaces into one cohesive, flexible studio—reflecting both the creativity of the tenant and the thoughtful craftsmanship of its construction. For more than eight years, this space has served as a vibrant home for Braid’s growing team and their collaborative brand practice.
