Forma Optics & Art blends high-end optical retail with a contemporary art gallery, creating a multi-use space unlike anything else in Oklahoma City. Located in the historic Pontiac Building in Automobile Alley, the project required a careful balance of refined millwork, gallery-quality lighting, and flexible layouts that support both daytime retail and evening cultural programming. 

Working closely with Fitzsimmons Architects and the owners—local leaders in the independent eyewear and art movement—Modus delivered a space designed for transformation.

Movable furnishings and adaptable lighting allow the shop to shift seamlessly into a gallery capable of hosting events of up to 100 guests. 
The result is a polished, highly curated environment that elevates the client experience while reinforcing Forma’s mission: championing independent frame designers from around the world and celebrating the work of Oklahoma’s most talented local artists.
