Modus Construction developed a professional salon suite space for Proper Salon within the 140 E. 5th Street complex, delivering custom plumbing, electrical, and interior design elements tailored to the unique demands of a full-service salon. The build-out included specialized wet stations, appropriate ventilation systems, custom cabinetry, and strategic lighting design to create a comfortable, functional environment for both stylists and clients. Working within the building's infrastructure, Modus coordinated multiple trades to ensure all systems supported the salon's operational requirements while maintaining an aesthetic that reflects Proper Salon's brand and customer experience goals.
