Master-Planned Mixed-Use Development
7,500 SF
Architect: Sam Gresham
The Paseo Arts District, Oklahoma City

Pueblo at Paseo transformed one of the last vacant lots in the district into a master-planned, three-building development totaling 7,500 square feet. Designed by Sam Gresham, the project creates a cohesive streetscape organized around a central courtyard that connects restaurants, retail, and creative office tenants.

Modus Construction managed both the shell construction and the interior build-outs for tenants including Buttermilk, Scratch Kitchen, Oso, and Braid Creative. The development redefines the heart of the Paseo District, introducing a walkable, community-centered destination that complements the neighborhood’s artistic fabric.
