Located in the heart of OKC’s Deep Deuce District, Bar Cicchetti transformed a former restaurant into an elevated dining experience within the Level Apartments. Modus Construction led a full interior demolition and rebuild of the 3,900-square-foot space, previously home to Urban Johnnie’s, delivering a sophisticated new concept that balances warmth and modern design.
Working closely with Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, Modus coordinated complex mechanical and structural upgrades within an active mixed-use building while maintaining strict schedule and quality benchmarks. The result is a seamless integration of refined materials, lighting, and craftsmanship that reenergizes a key corner of Deep Deuce and contributes to the district’s ongoing revitalization.
