For Barre3 OKC—an established fitness brand with a loyal local following—Modus delivered a clean, warm, high-performance studio environment tailored to the client’s long-term operational needs. 

Working within a shell space, the project included new mechanical systems, acoustic protection, custom retail and reception elements, locker/storage integration, and a full studio build-out optimized for strength, cardio, and mindfulness classes. 

The project reflects Modus’s multi-project relationship with Barre3 and new owner Lindsay Parks, supporting their continued growth in the Oklahoma City fitness community.
