Lorena in Midtown Oklahoma City is a full restaurant renovation and expansion completed by Modus Construction. Formerly home to 1492, the space was gutted and rebuilt with all-new MEP systems, finishes, and a building addition housing a modern commercial kitchen. The former kitchen area was converted into a private dining room, with administrative offices above. A sister concept to Stella, Lorena delivers refined Southern-inspired dining within a warm, modern setting. The project exemplifies Modus Construction’s expertise in complex hospitality renovations and adaptive reuse projects that balance performance, design, and guest experience.
