MidCentral Energy’s new two-story corporate headquarters will anchor The Half, one of Oklahoma City’s emerging mixed-use developments near Andretti’s and major commercial activity. 

Designed by AHMM, the ground-up building reflects MidCentral’s identity as a technology-forward service company focused on operational efficiency and asset performance management.

The office will include collaborative workspaces, training areas, high-performing mechanical systems, and architectural detailing that supports a modern, innovative workforce. 

Modus is managing the full construction lifecycle, with completion targeted for Winter 2026.
