Midtown Autohaus is a members-only car club and storage facility reimagined from a former open parking garage. Modus Construction transformed the 14,000-square-foot structure into a fully enclosed, climate-controlled space with restricted access and advanced security systems. The design includes member gathering areas that blend storage and social experiences within a private, high-performance environment. The project highlights Modus Construction’s precision in converting challenging existing structures into specialized facilities tailored for luxury and longevity.
