Modus Construction created a tailored retail environment for Mode Fashion, an upscale fashion boutique within the 140 E. 5th Street mixed-use development. The tenant improvement required careful coordination of custom finishes, lighting design, and spatial planning to create an inviting atmosphere that showcases high-end merchandise while maximizing the flow and functionality of the space. Working within the renovated building shell, Modus delivered refined millwork, modern fixtures, and integrated systems that support the boutique's operational needs and brand identity.
