Recognized nationally as Bon Appétit’s 2018 Best New Restaurant in America, Nonesuch redefined fine dining in Oklahoma City. Modus Construction transformed a former yoga and art studio into a refined, 1,875-square-foot tasting-menu restaurant, working closely with Common Works Architects to realize the intimate, highly detailed vision of the space.
The project included a custom-fabricated ¼” steel bar top, walnut millwork, and an open kitchen designed for transparency and connection between guests and chefs. Combining precision detailing with efficient delivery, the result is a nationally acclaimed dining experience that elevated OKC’s culinary scene.
