Oso on Paseo is a 1,500-square-foot new build that adds fresh energy to the Pueblo at Paseo development. Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, the restaurant’s vibrant material palette and handcrafted details reflect the artistic spirit of the district.
Modus Construction delivered the project from the ground up, integrating custom tile work, a full commercial kitchen, and a signature outdoor patio featuring a water wall that enhances the ambiance of the space.
