Modus Construction delivered a specialized tenant improvement for PIKE Evolution, a boutique Lagree fitness studio at 17 E 5th Street in downtown Edmond. Opened in late 2023, the build-out required precise coordination to accommodate the unique spatial and infrastructure requirements of a Megaformer-based fitness facility. The project involved creating an open studio environment optimized for high-intensity, low-impact training with multiple Megaformer stations, specialized flooring systems to support equipment loads and minimize vibration, upgraded HVAC systems for climate control during intensive workouts, and carefully designed lighting to create an energizing yet focused training atmosphere.
Additional scope included reception and retail display areas, restroom facilities, and back-of-house storage for equipment and operations. The completed studio provides a sleek, functional environment where PIKE's community of advanced Lagree-certified trainers lead dynamic classes, establishing a distinctive fitness destination in Edmond's growing downtown corridor.
