The Collective Food Hall anchors the SW corner of 10th and Harvey in the Midtown District of OKC. The Collective is a 12,900sf structure comprised of three buildings sharing masonry demising walls. Built in 1922, the structures were demolished back to bare dirt, brick walls and roof trusses. From that point Modus installed new supporting foundations, steel support systems and roof decking to enclose what now contains 11 different kitchens, a 40’ long bar, multiple dining areas to enjoy the food and roof top patio with separate bar. A ground floor outdoor patio anchors the corner.
