The Collective Food Hall anchors the southwest corner of 10th and Harvey in Midtown OKC, transforming three 1920s-era masonry buildings into a vibrant destination for dining and community gathering. Modus Construction completely restored the structure from the ground up — rebuilding foundations, installing new steel framing, and reconstructing roof systems while preserving the original brick façades and architectural character.
Now home to 11 kitchens, a 40-foot bar, multiple dining areas, and a rooftop patio, The Collective demonstrates Modus’ expertise in complex adaptive reuse and technical coordination. Recognized with the 2019 ULI Impact Award for Small-Scale Development, it has become a cornerstone of Midtown’s ongoing revitalization.
