Capitol Hill, Oklahoma City
Originally built in 1910, the Yale Theater in Capitol Hill was carefully restored by Modus Construction into a multi-use event venue celebrating the site’s rich cultural history. The 6,920-square-foot project, completed in partnership with Prime Architects, included full structural restoration, new mechanical and electrical systems, and interior finishes designed by Sara Kate Studios.
The project earned a ULI Impact Award nomination for Boutique Development and has since become a central gathering space for performances, weddings, and community events — a true example of historic preservation fueling neighborhood renewal.
